We will again be having our Thursday weekly meeting outside under the pavilion in Van Horne Park in Rocky Hill (access via the light at Benjamin Blvd by the Burger King on Route 206).  Food and drink will not be provided but feel free to bring your own food and drinks if you prefer.  Masks and social distancing will be required.  We will also send out a Zoom link to the membership and try to patch people in so that all can participate.  If the forecast calls for heavy rain, we will move the meeting strictly to Zoom (an email will go out the night before).  

One of the traditions of a Rotary District Governor is to visit every club in their district during the course of their one year term.  Given the COVID-19 situation, things will be done a little differently this year.  Our official visit by District Governor Dr M Ann Walko will take place via Zoom on Thursday, July 16th at 7:30AM.  We will also be joined by the Rotary Clubs of Clinton Sunrise, Hanover and Roselle.  A registration link to all members will be sent out prior to the meeting and all members must sign up individually.  Please note that there will be no in-person meeting in Van Horne Park on that day.

The new Board will be conducting its first meeting next Monday 7/13 at 6:30PM.  The meeting will be conducted via Zoom.  All members are invited to attend and participate but only Board members are allowed to vote.  A meeting link and agenda will be sent out to all club members in advance.
